The credentials behind the coaching
The training, the qualifications, and the years of real work behind everything you see here, and everyone I get to work with.

Trained, certified, and accountable
Every method has a lineage, and mine runs through real training, not shortcuts. It is the work I have built my life around, and it matters to me that anyone I sit across from knows the guidance they are getting has been earned.
That grounding runs through accredited coach training, the Meta Dynamics methodology, and years of facilitating in front of real rooms. It is what lets me stay useful when a conversation goes somewhere unexpected, and it is the quiet confidence underneath everything I do.

Co-Founder of the International Coaching Institute
The school where I first sat as a nervous student is the one I now help lead. As Co-Founder and Head of Education at the International Coaching Institute, I train and shape the coaches who come through its doors, and I hold to one standard above all others: that everyone who trains with us leaves more certain of themselves than when they arrived.
It is the same door that was once held open for me. Getting to hold it open for the next person is the part of this work I am proudest of.
