This is where coaches are made

Rashid first came to the International Coaching Institute as a student, starting over and unsure of himself, much the way you might feel right now. He trained in this work, lived it, and kept going. Today he is the Head Trainer and Facilitator at ICI, teaching on the very courses laid out below and shaping the coaches who come through them.

So when you train here, you are not learning from a manual or a stranger. You are learning the craft from someone who sat exactly where you are sitting, went all the way through it, and now stands at the front of the room.
