My story
Before I helped anyone else hear themselves, I had to learn to hear my own voice. This is where that began.
I arrived in Australia at 18 with $1,000 I had borrowed from my family, and very little idea of who I was going to become.
For a long time I believed I had to earn the right to want more. That a bigger life was something other people were allowed to reach for, and I was not.
Coaching reached me at the point I needed it most. Not as a quick fix, but as the first time I really heard myself, above the noise and the opinions and the version of me I had learned to perform for the world.
Everything I teach now, I learned by living it first. The work is not complicated. It is just rare to have someone in your corner who knows how to help you reach what is already there.
